Not sure what is going on with the people they hire for the call center that schedule our appointments. I was scheduled to come in this morning and I came in to the American Canyon office. They said oh I'm sorry but we are going to have to reschedule your appointment because the person at the call center didn't schedule you for a 40 minute visit. Are you kidding me? I crossed the bridge and used my gas in a special trip to get here this morning. I'm not happy!!!!!!!
They don’t accept a new patient because they’re shortage of staff no doctor. What a clinic this💩.
Got a call regarding a referral for my sleep apnea and when i called back no one ever answered the phone and I listened to a mixture of hold music, tunnel sounds and silence for 10 minutes. "LOVE" that 👎🏼
DO NOT make an appointment for primary care. You should simply walk in as urgent care in this location. They will say you being late for an appointment will set them behind but the whole lobby will be empty. The provider simply does not want to see patients
