I have called two different numbers. One is for the Clinic itself. Another is for the patient care feedback line. When I call the clinic, I have to leave a voice message. Nobody ever calls me back. When I called the patient care feedback line, I leave a message. Nobody addresses my concern. I also sent an email to feedback @northbay.org. Nobody has responded. I have been going to NorthBay for a while due to my heart issue. I always had great experience with the team but recently I'm very disappointed. Due to my condition, I need to do echo more often. As a female patient living in Fairfield, I'm more comfortable to have a female sonographer and to be scanned at Fairfield clinic. I used to have an appointment with a female tech at the clinic but she left. There is a new sonographer who I don't like to scan me because he smells like he smoked five minutes before scanning a patient ... read more

Sadly, my mother's experience is very similar to others here. My mother was referred on March 5th. Two weeks went by and no call. I reached out to her pcp. He gave me the direct number to call. Here we are a week later and no one has returned the called.

They failed to get me in after almost 3 years!!! Seriously 2 referrals!!! 3 appointments with my primary for the referrals. The absolute worst medical office on earth. The image is of what I think is on the other end of the line. I have a parent with a need for surgery with a thoracic aortic aneurysm now, a cousin that just had surgery for one and another uncle that has one as well. Northbay seems to have zero care about screening for these issues it appears. Staff is horrendously rude.
