Sadly, my mother's experience is very similar to others here. My mother was referred on March 5th. Two weeks went by and no call. I reached out to her pcp. He gave me the direct number to call. Here we are a week later and no one has returned the called.

They failed to get me in after almost 3 years!!! Seriously 2 referrals!!! 3 appointments with my primary for the referrals. The absolute worst medical office on earth. The image is of what I think is on the other end of the line. I have a parent with a need for surgery with a thoracic aortic aneurysm now, a cousin that just had surgery for one and another uncle that has one as well. Northbay seems to have zero care about screening for these issues it appears. Staff is horrendously rude.

I must say I am shocked at the reviews I just read regarding this location. I was referred to this by my doctor for issues with my vascular system in my legs and I have received nothing but kind, prompt service. All of the staff have been very professional and friendly. I show up 10 to 15 mins early, check in and usually head to the restroom usually end up being called before I am done in the restroom. Anyone referred here who needs to reach the referral specialist (Lupe) is essentially unable to—voicemails and calls to the main desk go unanswered, making it impossible to schedule an appointment. Because of this ongoing issue, I will be advising our clinic to discontinue referrals to this location.
