Anyone referred here who needs to reach the referral specialist (Lupe) is essentially unable to—voicemails and calls to the main desk go unanswered, making it impossible to schedule an appointment. Because of this ongoing issue, I will be advising our clinic to discontinue referrals to this location.

Lupe promises to call me back, but never does. Seeing the other reviews, I've concluded that's the way they run things.
How this place stays open and these people have jobs is an absolute embarrassment to the health care system and to NorthBay. My referral to see a cardiologist went through 4 weeks ago. I called 4x and left a voicemail and message with whoever answers their phone. Never got a call back. I even had my NP email them directly and still no response. This is a sensitive appointment that should not be taken seriously. Such a joke.
