I had a wonderful experience at Northbank recently! Their staff was so attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable. Starting with Malia in pre-op, she was awesome! Then Misty the nurse who prepped me also super sweet and a very skilled RN, finally Angela the post op nurse made sure I was not in pain and she was fantastic! And of course the anesthesiologist and Dr. Christiansen did amazing!! Very grateful for such a seamless experience. Thanks to all the staff!! I appreciate all you do!
Had a wonderful experience for my son's dental work. Staff was caring from the front desk to check-in nurses to post-op care. Each medial professional made sure I had no questions and knew what was going on. They go the extra mile to make sure the kids know they are cared about.
My 3 year old had to have dental surgery and was under general anesthesia. Pre-surgery care was great. Recovery/ Post surgery care I was not at all pleased with. Staff did not bring me back during her recovery and just wheeled her out and asked if I had questions and sent us on our way. As a parent it’s nerve wracking waiting for your child and then just for her to be wheeled out. No information on weather she was nauseated or had anything to drink yet. Northbank is absolutely amazing! All of the staff cared for me really well. They were so cheerful and made my stay lovely as usual! Thank you so much for making my Hysterectomy as comfortable as possible!
My daughter was here a few days ago and the whole process was very smooth, they made my daughter very comfortable and took great care of fixing her teeth, the team here is great. Hope this is a warming message for a nervous parent awaiting to come here! Thank you all for taking such good care of my girl!
I took my daughter there and the staff was so amazing!!! They were so kind and loving towards us both! I was so nervous about the whole thing and after having such great staff and care I'm so glad I went to Northbank! My daughter even loved it so much that she wants to go back and see all the nice staff that were there for her. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff!!!
