These apartments and grounds are terrible. The grass surrounding the yards is full of crabgrass and weeds, the insides are falling apart. All of the calking around the sinks and tubs are separating and allowing water, calcium and mold to enter. The carpets are threadbare, the drafts are horrible (hard to get warm in the winter and heating bills are ridiculous) and the maintenance is terrible. They say they will do something and conveniently forget.

Absolutely awful! The heat will not warm the apartment properly. The cooling take at least 3 hours to cool the apartment off. Poor mantience, you never know who is the staff because they hire and fire so many crew members. The staff, you never know who the apartment manager is because they either quit or get fired. Offal community.
