They were great with my dog, and thoroughly explained the process and what I would need to do to help diagnose the issue, allowing me to choose the best option for our household.
My pet’s allergies were diagnosed at another clinic. The routine yearly checkups and refills of the immunotherapy treatment are conducted at North West Veterinary Dermatology Services in Victoria. The staff are very helpful, the appointments are always on time, and the rooms are very clean. Dr. Defalque is attentive and answered all my questions to ensure my pet is kept comfortable.
I highly recommend northwest veterinary dermatology services..why, because they are insightful, helpful, professional and very prompt in their administration. The office and care rooms are very clean. They take every effort to make sure that there are services are of high quality to your pet and to yourself.
