I am so great full , to have these Dermatology specialist , I’ve seen the one in Vancouver , and then we were so fortunate to get the dermatologist , here in Victoria , My little Yorkie had a terrible ear infection in both ears , that I couldn’t get better , I thought my little dog was going to die , my dogs infection lasted 10 months so I took her to this medical specialist and Veterinarian was amazing , so good at what he does , I am so grateful, thank goodness for Him,
I am so incredibly thankful and appreciative of the care and effective treatment Dr. Defalque was able to provide to my cat. When I first brought him in he literally had no fur on an entire leg and my life revolved around changing bloody bandages and stress. Randy was so kind to help get us in on an emergency basis and I’m so thankful that within 6 weeks my cat has finally been able to live cone free after months and months of “jail”. Dr Dufalque is caring, knowledgeable, calm, and supportive. I have a little Frenchie with skin conditions and allergies, and Randy always tries to get me in as soon as he can, whenever I call. I sometimes email or call with questions, and I always receive a response. I know that the wait is long to see Dr. Dufalque and the clinic is busy, but they always make time for me and approach my dog with patience. She has fear aggression, and she loves Dr. Dufalque and gets excited everytime she sees him! It shocks me as she has such... read more
