Easy and efficient service.
My wife went to see Dr. Stephens for a facial skin rash , he was rude , dismissive and and offered very little help. When asked to take a skin swab or sample for testing was advise that they dont do that and after a 10min consultation was issues a 3 month antibiotic treatment with no explination of what the actual skin problem was, just advised you will be fine and charged $300. My wife was left feeling ripped off and very upset.
As a new patient, I am very impressed with the helpfulness and attention of the support team to my queries and particularly appreciated the feeling of relief occasioned by Dr Banney's professional consultation, interpersonal skills and follow-up.
Lovely interaction with Dr Leith Banney - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. Support admin staff are a pleasure to deal with.
