I’ve worked with North West Homecare for a few years now. I started as a CNA/Caregiver because I wanted hands on CNA experience outside of nursing homes, and I also wanted a flexible schedule for school. Eventually I moved up from a CNA to an LPN and am currently working as a nurse while I get my RN degree! North West has been the most supportive, flexible, and understanding company. I love working for NWHC. The staff is focused on helping the community, whether that means taking care of the Caregivers or the clients. So much has changed with this company over the last few years. Coming to work every day, I get to feel like I have helped and made a difference in someone's life. And the staff is ALWAYS there to answer any questions I might have. I truly feel like this company cares not only for the people needing assistance but for the people providing care as well. Fantastic place to work!!
Honestly one of THE worst facility's. Overlooking obvious other reasons why this place is a 0/10 the customer service...couldn't ask for worse staff. The PCA's are the rudest bunch of gals. And yes im talking about you Mariah Buckman and your stank uncalled for attitude. I hope one day you find your peace, and that stick that you seem to have lost that im sure you could find lodged up your rear. Amazing company to work for. Supervisors care about their employees and their clients. I constantly feel appreciated and valued. The clients in my care have all told me they love the service!
We used this company after the one we used for 15 years stopped providing this type of service. We left Northwest only because we found out where the PCA (who was such a good fit for us and who we had been using with the other company) went and we were hoping to again acquire his services. Northwest treated us, client and the clients family, very well. Thank you for your good care.
