For a small hospital, they have big talent and professionalism with regards to patient/family care. I was pleasantly surprised at the way both my wife and myself were treated, informed, and just made to feel like they genuinely care for our wellbeing. While my wife was in their care, just waking the halls I was greeted with a smile and friendly salutation from everyone, custodial staff to nurses. Thank You so much for mixing empathy and professionalism so perfectly.
ER visit with one set of labs and a CT scan for $10,000....tell me where that makes sense? Been to other ER before for more urgent matters for $1200. Spoke with them and sitting in a room in ER costs $3800. Also, physician choose advanced test rather then test reflexes, sensation and strength. Should be do no harm... in this case more harm was done. No financial assistance available. Avoid at all costs!!!! Choose another hospital.
Rude staff (Will) night nurse station in the ER Had a family emergency for an autistic teen who does not live in Las Vegas, and should not be there. They were very poor at communicating with family in New Mexico and would not return calls. Every time asked for a supervisor with the social workers they hung up on us our said they would pass a message to someone and we would get a call back. Never happened. This place is a mess.
