North Vista may have good care but the customer service needs help! In a time where people , families are losing loved ones day in and day out due to this horrible virus. They struggle in and need a lot of help and training in empathy and respect and customer service on the phone when people call asking for updates on family members and also on them calling to update family. if you guys love your family please dont take them here my uncle passed away here a few years ago his phone was stolen and now my aunt was in there for covid her phone was also stolen and they were disrespectful to her and they took the key from her scooter which it helps for her to move and were laughing at her while she was on an oxygen tank looking for it please guys font take your family here

I’m writing this review on behalf of my horrific experience caused by negligent hospital staff. I was admitted to the Emergency Room 9/16/20 for life threatening symptoms related to COVID-19. From the moment I went in, a staff member started asking me numerous questions that I had difficulty answering because of what I was going through and he started shouting at me. I was admitted to the Emergency Room 9/16/20 for severe symptoms related to COVID-19 (dizziness, confusion, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing). The triage nurse who was gathering my information in the beginning kept shouting at me and forcing me to sign documents even though I wasn’t fully aware & conscious. Nobody ever explained to me what I was signing and that could have waited until I was stable. Had trouble breathing so I went in. I was told by one nurse to "chill out" and when I told them I had been exposed to someone with covid19 and was waiting for my test results 1 nurse rolled her eyes and another one said it was only 1 person so relax. Everyone seemed annoyed and I have never felt bad for going to a hospital before. Absolutely rude staff and very dismissive attitudes. I even overheard nurses laughing at the Covid-19 pandemic. Never going back

They treated me horrible when inquiring about my child who they wouldn’t let me see. Completely heartless and unprofessional staff.
