North Valley mechanical has always been our go to Contractor while we were with the ***************** We cancelled our policy, and we are still using them. We just replaced our AC with them this fall and couldn't be happier with the price and service.

North Valley Mechanical was contracted by my Home warranty provider to replace my air handler in my home in Oct of 2020. Out of pocket costs were just over six hundred dollars to complete the job. Yesterday I experience issues with my AC unit and had a technician come out to take a look. Upon inspection, the technician inquires on who and when the work was done, then goes on to explain it is "a shame and terrible" because I should not be dealing with this issue this soon after install. **Beware** ***************** and trying to send to collections over warranty work. Paid for the annual HVAC maintenance and later developed a leak in HVAC unit. Tech came out and said couldn't find a leak so they filled up fluids. Two weeks later, system empty again and another tech came out. Paid the first tech at day of service. Second tech said not to worry about visit because it was covered under the first. Months later and another AC issue, we canceled the yearly maintenance plan.
