The wait time is to long even if you have an appointment.. Even some of the lady's here especially the one at the counter can be real snobby..
I love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly and Dr. Rauchman is the BESSSST! He’s very attentive and explains everything in detail. He’s reassuring and calms me down. He’s concerned for my well being! He never rushes me and is very professional. I feel like I’m in great hands with him and his entire staff! I will always recommend North Valley Eye Medical Group to my friends and family!
