I moved here a while back and I will give an honest review because I read most of these and it's mixed as far as what I see. Times are hard and people need real truth. You need to have a bit of mechanical aptitude to live here with out relying on maintenance constantly. The staff is small and they are limited on what they can get done because they don't seem to have much of a budget anymore to fix things. I want to give a huge shout-out to Vonnelle in the office. She is by far the best part of North Towne Villas. Vonnelle is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or issue, she’s been patient, responsive, and made sure things were handled the right way. It’s rare to find someone in a leasing office who actually follows through and treats people with respect, but she consistently does. Her positive attitude makes a big difference, and the property is lucky to have her.

I've lived here 3 years and believe me when I say this apartment complex is not worth the rent they have currently up'd it too. The apartment itself is cute and can be nice if you keep it that way. But they do not maintain the grounds, they do not maintain the buildings, they do not maintain the laundry facilities and it is a struggle to get maintenance done to the apartment or building and they allow tenants to destroy and damage the building and grounds and don't do anything about it.
