I love the selection of glasses. The staff is amazing.
Our daughter has broken just about every pair of glasses she has had. Today Mallory help me with yet again another set of frames. She popped the lenses out and into a new set of frames. Thank goodness, now my kid will be able to see! Thank you Mallory and the team at North Texas Vision Center!
If i could have chosen negative stars i would have. Extremely disappointed in the service my 8 year old daughter received at this establishment! The staff couldn't even be bothered to help her pick children's frames! They were too busy talking!!! She picked the wrong kind and they have broken twice now! They are defective and they will not replace them with a different pair. Only the same defective frames! I am picking up her prescription and taking her somewhere that will care to help her.
