RecommendedI have been going to Dr Jolly for years and the staff and Dr have always been very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. I love being able to see an actual medical eye Dr/surgeon yearly to ensure that all is good with my eye health!
Love North Texas Vision Center, I have been using them for years. My experience is always great with staff and doctors. Scheduling is easy and they have hours that work with busy schedules like mine. Can’t say enough good things about them, I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so!
I enjoyed the business here, very relatable and they fixed my glasses a few times.
I had an overall good experience but have one request. When addressing adult patients I recommend staff not call them honey or use other child like phrases. Older adults are just that- adults. If you want to give us support and good service call us by our name- not honey.
They have always been great with my kids never have had a problem with them
Had a great and fast experience this morning at North Texas Vision Center with awesome customer service! (: When i came back at 1pm to pick my glasses up they were not ready but there was only one women working the whole glasses store area. Doesn’t bother me but I feel bad for the employee for being under staffed and having to handle so many task at once when they also have to help customers walking in. Amazing people, friendly, great quality glasses and love they helped ease my middle daughter at her 1st visit. Did wonderful all around.
This vision center is awesome!!! All of my family goes to see Dr.Hessand we love her and her staff.
