I want to take this time to tell you how pleased I was with the auto repair service I received yesterday. Carson is an excellent mechanic. He saved me the expense of a new alternator (I had been informed earlier when I had my Jaguar on a computer diagnostic machine that I had a bad alternator), and told me - showed me - what was wrong with the car, explained what he was doing to fix it and why he was doing it. I not only had my car repaired in a shorter amount of time than what he anticipated, but learned something new about cars. I appreciated the auto mechanic's "lesson", the speedy response to my call, and the fast, knowledgeable repair. If ever I need help with my car I will definitely call Bigowl’s Auto Rescue and ask for Carson. I will also refer others to your company if the opportunity arises.

I wanted to take a moment and write you all a letter to show my appreciation of your professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and honesty. At the suggestion of my Mother, I took my truck to someone else in Frisco, Texas. It was a convenient location at the time, since I was visiting my Mom at her home in Frisco. I asked them to give me an estimate on a tune-up, oil change, and a few other items that I thought might be necessary. Well, needless to say, their company decided they had a "sucker" in their grips and proceeded to give me estimates on several items they said I needed to have done immediately on my automobile. I'm sure you are all very aware of the items they informed me that I needed and the prices they quoted me. Of course after I spoke to them, I realized what I have known all these years that I have been doing business with your company. NEVER go anywhere else but Bigowl's Auto Rescue! After I spoke to you Al, I had Brian come out the next morning. Brian went down the list of repairs I was told I needed by the other shop, and came to the conclusion that the only "repairs" I needed to have done, was a tune-up and an oil change. Once again, you have proven what I have always told all my family and friends here in Frisco; have your mechanics service their automobiles and you can't go wrong. Thanks again and again for being here and for the great qualities your company has and the principals you stand by. A loyal customer forever.

Bigowl's Auto Rescue is the best. They haves come to my rescue many times. My car was broken down on the side of the highway I gave them a call and he was there within 20 minutes. That's the first time I called them. The next time they worked on my car right in my drive way plus he gave me a ride to work. He kept in touch with me letting me know what was wrong with the vehicle and how much it would cost each step of the way. They fixed my car and it ran perfectly I would not trust any other mechanic. Call him first!

Gosh, one of your mechanics came by this date at 4:30. By 4:35 Brian had the problem fixed and checked my timing chain! That guy can fix a car, faster than anybody I've ever seen! Anyhow, should I EVER need roadside help, I'll call Bigowl's Auto Rescue and ask for Brian. I promise. Also I'll tell others. Thanks for getting my truck running, as my back has been out. Not to mention this heat.

i would not recommend this company. they do poor work, and if they damage your car in regards to unprofessional and unknowledgeable work, they will no longer answer your call. i am currently in the process of taking this so called business to small claims court.
