I didn't know what to expect for my first visit to this clinic but, was met with a super nice and professional front desk along with the nurse. Love the birds in the office. Makes for a relaxing wait. After meeting Dr. Gapuz, she over exceeded my expatiations. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions I had. She has such a wonderful personality too. This by far has been one of the best office visits I've had at a Doctor's office.
I've been a patient for years. They were always efficient and thorough. Recently something has changed. There have been several screw ups. I'm pretty sure there is some kind of Medicare fraud going on. They hooked me up with a specialty pharmacy on Belknap because they could get Medicare coverage for some very expensive medicine. It turns out I could get that med from my regular pharmacy and it is covered under my prescription insurance. Also, it seems the pharmacy on Belknap doesn't actually fill any prescriptions.
