Had a great visit to the office. Loved both my hygienist and Dr. Hillstrom. Facility was beautiful and very comfortable.
I was running late, had many challenges finding the new office, and was very stressed. But when I finally arrived, everyone in the office was very pleasant and calming which quickly changed my attitude. My appointment was finished quickly and I was on my way back to work in about 30 minutes! I was very impressed and I absolutely LOVE the new office. Many of my challenges finding the new office were because of my Iphone directions. They were all messed up and tried to take me to someone's house.
Dentist for a lifetime! I've been going to Dr Hillstrom for over 7 years! He and his staff always make me feel like a part of their family with their caring demeanor and no nonsense approach to dentistry. Up to date technology and office environment makes for the most comfortable visits possible. Love the comfort options and most of all TV's on the ceiling!
I've been seeing Dr. Hillstrom (Jimmy) and now Dr. "Bart" since they started in Plano. Although I'm the rate person who loves to go to the dentist I know that many people are not. Wasn't happy with the cleaning I got last week. Emailed NTDA today. Was in at noon getting a complimentary cleaning. Very pleased with today's cleaning
My 10 year old Daughter loves coming to North Texas Dental Associates. She loves that she can watch a movie to distract her while getting her teeth cleaned. She loves the options of a pillow, blanket, light blocking glasses, lip balm, etc. to have during the appointment. She really feels more at ease.
