I was extremely nervous when I arrived and in a lot of pain. The staff is so kind and accommodating. I enjoyed my visit and now feel like I have a safe place to go for all my dentistry needs.
Beautiful, immaculately clean facility that is staffed by true professionals who know how to make your visit comfortable and stress-free. This was my second visit to NTDA and I have never felt that they suggested or encouraged me to have unnecessary treatment. They allow me to make decisions about my care without pressure. I was impressed with the knowledge of the dental hygienist and the dentist who conducted my exam. I will recommend this practice to my friends and family whenever I get a chance.
The staff is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. I always receive excellent treatment. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Everyone is so nice! And the blankets are so comfortable!
I enjoyed the visit, however I was given a consultation suggestion with a Loyt (SP) for an infection and unfortunately the card the desk lady gave me was not the correct information. I also would have liked a copy of the other suggested dental plans to schedule when I am ready to have them done. So I feel like maybe the ladies up front could still use more training. I was given a list of items I would like during my cleaning and the things I checked marked were not offered.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mulkey since early in 1980, and after his retirement, continued as a patient to Dr Hillstrom, and am thankful, and very happy to be a patient at North Texas Dental Associates. A very wonderful staff all.
I had Michelle for my cleaning. This is the second time and she has been very good both times. I would rate her the best of the three I have had over the last couple of years.

Always friendly and professional. A very well run office. I’ve never waited more than 3-4 minutes to be taken back to my appointment.
