Dr. Matz was very thorough and attentive. She took the time to explain and make sure I knew what was going on with my vision. Highly recommend the team at NSVC!
When I moved to the Chicago suburbs from the St Louis Missouri metro area back in 2001 my eye doctor in St Louis referred me to Dr. Eiden here in Deerfield. I had very challenging issues with my eyes and needed someone with very specific knowledge. I have been with Dr Eiden the entire time I have been here so that is 16 years. I highly recommend Dr. Eiden.
Worst experience dealing with the receptionists at this office. They are rude and not helpful at all. The office billed me incorrectly me and have been ignoring my correspondence ever since. I have attempted to contact the billing office as well and have had no luck there either. They told me upon making my appointment they accepted my insurance---- and I get a different answer based on who I speak to. Very frustrating and I'm out $200+
Always a positive experience and customer service is excellent. Dr. Eiden is the expert on Keratoconus.
I've had a great experience here in general. I had standard eye care for a number of years before getting LASIK with Dr. Sondheimer in August. Great results and really good care from everyone at the practice.
