Did not have to wait long and taken care of promptly.
Amazing dentist office. I was checked in very quickly, was called back to my appointment earlier than my appointment was schedule to begin (very nice because very littl wait; like 2 minutes), it was a quick and thorough examination, the staff was vey kind and explained everything, and the checkout process was very quick as well. Overall, my experience was wonderful and ever since I started going here (almost 20 years) they have been constantly improving their equipment and amount of staff members.
Dr. Long and assistants were delightful as usual! Always a gentle and caring touch. Quite possibly the best dentistry team money can buy.
I've been coming to this dental office for over 35 years and really love everyone from Drs Dunn, Mendleson & Fryberg,Betty, and Susan at the front office. Always up to date on procedures too.
Dr Mendelson and Dianne , his sidekick, were Wonderful, as always!

My hygienist, Bo, is THE BEST! She's funny, engaging, a great communicator (I always know what's going on) and outstanding at what she does. I've been going to Dr. Mendelson for over a decade and cannot imagine better dental care. And to top if off, everyone else I interact with at the office from the moment I arrive until I leave makes my visit a positive experience.
I have always found the staff to be efficient, effective and, most importantly, caring at Webster. You never wait more than 5 minutes, processes are well-thought out and up-to-date.
