I visit Bo regularly for my cleaning and she is incredibly attentive to my special needs and always does a tremendous job. She is so thorough - takes my care seriously is incredibly attentive and is very friendly and personable. I am completely relaxed under her care and wouldn't see anyone else there! I have been a patient at Webster Dental (and the prior dental service at this same address) since the mid 80's! Obviously, I have always been impressed with the level of service provided by every staff member - receptionists, business manager, dental hygienists (Beth is mine and she is the best!), and my dentist (Barry Freydberg x 30 years). I have to admit that everything was amazing. No pain and a great comforting environment.
As usual the staff at webster dental was very friendly. They got me in and out as fast as possible.
My husband and I have been extremely happy with Dr. Gasser and Bo, our hygienist. They are both knowledgeable and GENTLE, and for the first time in my life, I don't dread dental visits and teeth cleanings. We also have a son with Down syndrome who sees Dr. Favati. Best experience he's ever had. With our busy schedules, the convenience of evening hours and weekends, they are completely accessible to us at any time. LOVE my hygienist--she is great! The dentist is gentle and compassionate--makes me very comfortable. My children LOVE Dr. Patenio--they aren't afraid to go to the dentist now--a HUGE improvement.
