Competent, effiicient, and attentive. Really good customer service. Accounting, dentist - all returned calls promptly to answer questions. Also, love the extended hours. I had appts as early as 7am and as late as 7:30pm, including weekends. Very convenient. Definitely recommend the practice as a whole, and Dr. Gasser specifically.
Dr, Mendolsohn was professional friendly and thorough. Evie the hygienist was on time and was easy on my teeth. It was a pleasant experience
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE DIVERSITY OF THE SUPPORT STAFF SINCE THE MERGER WITH WEBSTER DENTAL. I APPLAUD THEM ON THEIR CHOICES. EVERYONE IS VERY CORDIAL AND FRIENDLY.
I've been to Webster Dental Care twice now, and they are fantastic. Best dentist I've been to in the last 10 years.
I had two 5yos and one 3yo in at the same time. Everyone was very patient with them and explained everything they were going to do to their teeth. All 3 kids did very well and were not scared.
My hygenist Beth & my dentist Dr Gasser are very good. They put a very nervous patient as ease as she can possibly be.
I was so pleased that I could get in the same day I cracked my tooth! And I had the best technician doing the xrays..she was gentle and kind.
Admittedly, its been a few years since I have been to the dentist. But recently, I chipped a tooth that needed a crown and the experience that I had from beginning to finish was superb. Not only did they make me feel comfortable but the entire process was pain free.
There's no place I would rather go, great dedicated dentist and associates
