North Starr Inspections team arrived on time and was thorough during the inspection process. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. The report was detailed with pictures explaining each specific area inspected. If needed in the future, I would use them again.
These guys provided good service, their report was helpful when I went to price repairs, and helped determine that this house was not for me, due to the problems they reported. I was with them while they did the inspection, and they answered lots of questions, and explained what they were seeing, so I had a very clear picture of what was easily fixed and what was a major problem. Fred was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough with our home inspection. He went above and beyond our expectations. He walked us through step by step and I really appreciated that.
very professional, clean and kind. So nice to see a father and son working so well together. Also received a very comprehensive report. Made me feel safe to buy the house after their inspection. In the future will use them again and recommend to friends and family.
