Brad was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very accommodating and was always available to answer questions, show homes, or discuss potential homes. His knowledge of the area made our home search as stress free as possible and allowed us to find our perfect home in record time. Brad Williams from Edina Realty made our buying process easy throughout. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to look in. The fact that he would email me back during the evening on a moments notice if I sent him a question showed he cared about us as clients and wanted to make sure we were in the loop on everything. Hoekstra & Reiss were amazing from multiple aspects. They were good about telling us how the process works, walking us through the negotiations, they were also very open to our thought an opinions when it came to pricing our house. We found the house of our dreams before we even had our home on the market. Tyler Reiss worked fast to sell our home and made it all happen smoothly. He was always available to answer our questions and explain every step to us. Even when we hit a snag the day before closing, Tyler Reiss took over, handling the situation professionally and quickly to resolve the problem without us having to worry about anything.
