Knowledge. These guys have it plus more. This group takes care of all your best interests rather than seeing you as another paycheck. It was such a great experience to have them help us with a new home. Ready to answer every stupid and dumb question I could think of at just about any time of the day. They eased every worry. Tyler Reiss completely failed our family costing us tens of thousands of dollars. He did not protect or promote our interests as stated in the MN Realtor code of ethics. Every other realtor we've talked to agreed that what he did to us is shameful. He had us sign a purchase agreement with a "buyer" that was not qualified or approved for a home loan, then allowed us to further negotiate that purchase agreement with a "buyer" that never intended to purchase our house.
