HORRIBLE SERVICE I scheduled an appointment for a bid a week earlier. When I called to confirm the appointment they did not have me in the system. I had to argue with the supervisor about the fact that this happened. He tried to make it my fault by saying I should have known better since I did not receive an email confirmation. Really a shame that their customer service was horrible. As a super busy person, this really was upsetting.
