This company purposefully forces their pregnant women who want to use their short term disability to take all of their PTO before they can use their short term disability. By the time most people have used up all of their PTO they cant use short term disability and get paid. It may be legal but it shows what a piece of c*** UHS is. Nothing tells the women before hand about this in their policy so now we pay many hundreds of dollars each year for a benefit we cannot use. Honestly sounds like fraud. Had surgery at this hospital in December 2024 would not recommend.. I had a complaint and nobody takes it seriously highly recommend going to another hospital

Very rude, waited 3.5 hours for results of CT scan and when asked how much longer, I was told "it's not my job, you'll have to just wait."

I've just received my first new bill from Aiken Regional and they've updated their system to where we are no longer able to login to our former patient accounts. When attempting to set the account back up and follow the directions on the site to make a payment, it instructs us to put our patient account in the system, however there is no patient account on the bill - only a statement number and an encounter number. They are not giving Black people medication. I was in the emergency room and they gave a white lady medication with no problems. I have the same medication and they said they are low on the medication when it came to me they discriminated against me and they need to be a consequence for their actions. This goes for all the nurses this hospital is the only one saying they learn on medication. 1 star is way more than what they deserve. Customer service is beyond garbage. Forgot my charger in the room I was staying and when I called to ask about it they hung up on me 4 times and supervisor reached out apologizing then puts me on hold and disconnects. Beautiful hospital. Disgusting employees. Never again.

Rude Staff! I asked the security guard about seeing my girlfriend that I just dropped off a bit earlier. My girlfriend asked me to grab some pillows for her so I left to grab some for her. I came back into the lobby of the ER. The security officer recognized me. Said she would ask someone for me. The nurse or whatever that came out was very rude and stand offish. Husband was left in the emergency room on a guney bed for three days and left in his street clothes for same. He is six 2 and 245 lbs. Never given hygiene kit. Hospital never mentioned anything about his kidneys but 3 days later went to WARMC and admitted with acute kidney failure.

Went to ER on 2/25/2023. For hip, groin and tailbone pain. Was given a shot, spent 2 hours there. A year later I get a bill on credit report, yet never received a bill! The bill was $32,000!!!! They destroyed my credit. ******* lunged at my mother for asking a question and shouted at her.
