Once they diagnosed the issue they got us on the schedule fast but after paying almost $1500.00 we are sitting here sweating with a house temp of 77° because the stupid A/C froze up just like before! We reached out to the lead service guy and we never heard anything back!!! This is totally not what we paid for!
I have had excellent service from North Star and especially Doug. They fixed our air conditioner last summer and with the issue, it made sense to get their Gold Star membership. With that, I received a winter and summer cleaning service. During the service this winter there was an issue that caused our Ecobee thermostat to blow out.
