Called twice and text to schedule a service and never got a call back. I was able to schedule a recall service about a month ago and was upsold a radiator flush. I was braided to give a great review for a free oil change. I did the review but never received the coupons as promised. I had the engine light come on and tried to get it looked at and have the oil changed. Still no call back text or email. I complained to the corporate office and still nothing. I would not use them for anything

This is a ZERO star review. I took my car to get oil changed and I instead, the service department ruined my car, and they didnt care. They were quick to pull the history of my car. I explained that I had my car fixed somewhere else. They ignored me. I had to get it towed! The manager was so rude, I dont even understand how this dealership hired a person like this or maybe I know: to be rude and get rid of customers. I talked with *********************** and ***** at this dealership. At first they seemed eager to do business. They agreed to an affiliate price program, and I excitedly got my wife in the car and started heading down to pick up a new Jeep. I was so excited!On the trip down there, they quietly snuck in almost $2000 in extra ******** and hoped I wouldnt notice.I was so disappointed by how dishonest this dealership was. Make sure to double check all the paperwork they send you, because they will absolutely try to cheat you!

On 29 March 2022 took our 2022 Durango back to have new plates installed when I picked it up got home husband noticed right away that the passenger front rim had been damaged called our salesman ******************* aka B.B brought this to his attention have been texting back&fourth trying to get this matter resolved to NO Luck! Last call BB was going to get with his manager? Never returned our calls. Place North Star Dodge ************************************************

My ******* was at their North Star for work, my parents went to check on the car for me because Im temporarily stationed in *********. HELLCAT STOLEN!! If only zero or negative star were possible! My Hellcat was at their North Star for work, my parents went to check on the car for me because I’m temporarily stationed in Las Vegas. Dropped off my vehicle for service. Was told I would get a call in the afternoon. Never received a call, so I called them. Once directed to my service technician, the phone was never answered and no way to leave a message. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Called back 30 minutes later to find out everyone in the service department was gone and all the cars locked up.
