Gregg and his team helped me sell a home a couple of years ago, and then helped me find and purchase a multi-unit property a few months later. He was very patient and responsive with that purchase, and even helped us find and screen new tenants which have been happily renting out the extra units for the last year, and have never missed a payment. Gregg is the real deal, and will treat you right.
