I had a crown come off the day all got off for the holiday break...no other problem than that. Numbers were left for dentists available. I was called promptly, Dr. McKanna by phone and the other dentist via text initially, than by staff the day the office reopened. I was made an appt immediately, got in, the crown was re-cemented and out the door I happily went! The Christmas break is VERY busy for them but I was still accommodated well! Thank you North Sioux Dental!

I suffer from severe bruxism 24/7. I decided I needed a lower guard to complement my upper guard. They got me in and got the impressions done and told me to come back in 10 day when the finished prosthesis would arrive. It was 12/20 and I was hoping to have the guard by Christmas. I was told they could fabricate a temporary guard for me! What a relief!

I have been a patient for over 20 years and as always, my care was excellent today. I had a different hygienist today, her name is Joan and she was very friendly and had a few new tips for me. You guys are the BEST!!
