North Shore Sleep and TMJ is a fantastic office. They work directly with your medical insurance to make sure you get the treatment you need, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They handled all of the heavy lifting—I basically just had to show up. Everything was explained clearly, and they provided helpful resources along the way. A truly great office and experience overall.
Dr.Polan made me an oral appliance so effective I went from “chainsaw in a tornado” to “crouching tiger hidden dragon ninja in REM sleep.” I’m finally well-rested, and my fiancé says it’s the closest thing to magic that isn’t illegal.
Had TMJ issues after a bad experience at a dentist and after years of jaw clicking. After a few months of treatment my jaw feels like it did prior to the clicking. Great staff, they care about what they do.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it came to sleep apnea. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. Thanks to their expertise and care, I’m finally sleeping better! I’d highly recommend this office to anyone looking for help with sleep issues.
