I like the doctors but it is near impossible to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. It doesn't matter what time of day you call. No one answers the phones and there is no way to leave a message.

They dont answer there phones 90% of time
I've been trying to call all day for guidance on if my fevered, vomiting toddler needs to be seen. Phone rings and rings with no way to leave a voicemail, until finally going to the "after hours" answering service (it's 2pm during business hours on a Thursday) which say they can offer no help and if I'm unable to get through on the phones to just drive to the office. The last time I drove to the office to pick up paperwork, the office location was "unexpectedly closed" so there's no way for me to even know if anyone is there... read more
