They have NO compassion and are just plain horrible here. Went to ER and spent over 6 hours for absolutely no help and I will never go back to this place. I will file a complaint also. Awful staff and more

RecommendedI do recommend this hospital as I normally have good experiences here. However, I was at the ER today with a couple of injuries (a sprained wrist and a cut from a fall I had this morning). I was lied to me 3 times. They told me they’d bandage my cuts, they never did. They said they’d give me some pain meds, they never did. And they told me they don’t voucher a taxi anymore, yet I over heard another nurse tell someone they’ll give them a taxi voucher 😡. I was not happy with my experience today. RecommendedGreat staff in the Infusion Therapy Clinic
Sitting in the waiting room at weeklock 5 to find a huge brown substance on the floor and a towel covering it. No one has come to clean it, patients sitting around it and I’m being told “ we paged housekeeping three times” well after 20 minutes still no one. This is a hospital and should be immaculate. I asked for one in charge and no one came. No excuses! I will post pictures
