More help in the emergency room - should have staff nearby within yelling distance - Lastly don't blame patients when their bladders have been full for 40 minutes waiting to void and please don't threaten patients when they are upset at these circumstances and do not allude to there having dimentia.

I recommend nothing but filing charges against the hospital, Davenport 9 and the hospitalist on duty November 12/13. A true horror show. Everyone associated with staffing, policy making and patient care should be held responsible for the shabby treatment I received for the short time I was there.
Awful experience. Was invloved in an accident with a head injury. I sat in a hall way with no attention.
The laboratory employees here are rude and have no idea how to communicate with each other.

BEWARE of this Er. Absolutely terrible care, dangerous to the point there was no communication with the staff and I could have died while in the care of this ER. Stay away and avoid this Er at all costs.
RecommendedSunday afternoon, I arrived at the ER with what turned out to be a fractured shoulder. The staff at the ER were exceptionally kind and caring -- and efficient. My check-in was quick and I was attended by a wonderful nurse within a half hour of my arrival. I'm very grateful. Big thank you to all.
