I've been a customer of North Shore Fuel for over 30 years, and their service has always been exceptional and responsive to the customers' needs. I particularly like the way Manny S works, when servicing my oil burner. He's professional, knowledgeable, and always provides maintenance recommendations to prolong the life of my oil burner. I have been doing business with North Shore fuel for over 30 years. They always respond to me in a very timely manner when I have a heating problem. Their service rep, Manning, is the best. He knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain to me what he did and why.
They came out 2 hours after I called with no heat when other companies wanted me to wait at least another day. Manny was excellent--got me up and running right away. Now I'm totally warm.
We've had Manny S. several times. He is the best.
