Always a pleasant atmosphere Doc is great and Eva does a great job.
I highly recommend this dental practice. They are very committed to excellent patient care. On my visit today, prior to receiving x-rays, I was covered with a lead shield apron that also covered and protected my neck. I was given eye glass cleaners to clean my glasses and a warm wash cloth to clean my face after receiving a special treatment for the plaque on my teeth. Dr. Kathy cleaned my teeth with great care. Very pleasant visit.
I had a thorough check-up (including x-rays) along with my semi-annual cleaning. As always, Eve did a great job of cleaning with a very appropriate level of friendliness. The x-rays technician was also friendly and professional. All of my questions on the findings were answered in terms I could understand. Pricing for future work was reasonable and explained thoroughly. Future appointments were set. I have not trusted other dental practices I have used. I trust North Shore Dental and actually enjoy my visits!
My visit was excellent as always
I broke my tooth on Saturday but because I was so busy I didn’t get around to calling until Tuesday afternoon about 2:40. They had me come right in and I was in a chair by 3. Amazing. Keep up the good work.
My experience was fantastic they always do a great job.
