Low Prices, No Nonsense – Bought my 2007 Nissan Murano from these guys last month, haven't had any problems. I spent almost a month looking for the best deal on a Murano with low mileage and these guys had one that fit the bill. DO NOT GO THIS DEALER ! I REPEAT DO NOT! – I purchased an acura tl 08 from here in December of 2010. They had the car in the show room. and made it seems more than what it's worth! the signatures weren't finished yet because i had to let my sister co-sign for me, so i wanted to call off the deal with trading in my acura rl 2001. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE RUN FAST – I purchased straight out a fully loaded Mercedes from this dealer in Feb/11. The owner claimed it was his wife's personal car, and it was in mint condition. We have had nothing but problems with this car. The owner tried to pass the car off "like new". NIGHT MARE. – I went in Yesterday 10/23/09. I Was attended by a sales rep. J.S. I was told need to get approved/credit wise. However they will give me a call so i can come in and discuss payment arrangments etc. Per sales rep best to leave a deposit. I left a $1,000 deposit I got receipt. Was told by the saless Rep. Poor salesmanship!! – I went in with my brother to look at one of the used cars. When we got to the lot, nobody came out with meet and greet, so we decided to go in and no one bothered to help us, we had to ask if there was a sales man around! Buyer BEWARE – I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from North Shore Auto Mall. Less than a month after I purchased the car, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the front driver side tire. I promptly made an appointment and took the day off of work to have the car inspected and fixed. The service manager informed me that it was a ball joint that was dry and needed some grease which he stated he applied.
