Igor is a lovely, knowledgeable person. His manager Dave was the same. I feel they were above board. I am always scepticle of salesmen but this dealership really didn't hide anything. I'd buy a car from them again. As would my husband.

Great customer service and quality selection of vehicles. Kevin was superb in all aspects of the transaction. He was very fair, straightforward and honest. He answered all our questions and emails in a timely manner. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from them and will come back again in the future.
Pleasant and helpful staff . Allison is very knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel pressured and everyone was very patient. I ended up with the car at the price that I had set as my goal. I had been to at least 4 other dealers and none of them made me feel as comfortable as North Shore Auto Mall staff. Allison is professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.
Our experience here was wonderful and we were able to find and finance the exact car we wanted. Alison was a great employee very nice and helpful, helping us get exactly what we wanted.
