I went to see Dr. Schlechter for a consult for liposuction. I have had it before but saw and ad and thought I would make a consult with him. I could tell after talking to him for five minutes that he had a lot of experience with this procedure and felt very comfortable. He even offered to smooth out the areas previously treated because the other surgeon left it lumpy. I have been thinking about getting Botox for a while, but was nervous to try it. A friend told me she went to Dr. Schlechter at North Shore and he was very gentle and the results are natural. I decided to make an appointment to see what he said. He explained how he aims for natural looking results not the frozen face look so may people have, which is why I was so hesitant in the first place. I decided to try just a small amount which he was happy to do, and see how it looked. I came back in 2 weeks and got a little bit more.... read more

I hated the brown spots and fine wrinkles on my face, they made me look so old. Too much sun in my younger days! I saw an article about ZO skin care and a procedure and product Dr. Schlechter offers, so I went for the free consult to see if he thought it could help me. I was so impressed with his knowledge of skincare, not just surgery. He has a great Aesthetician Ali who worked with me on facials and the products he suggested. Luckily North Shore Aesthetics popped right up and I sent in an online request to make an appointment. Someone called me back within an hour and fit me in fairly quickly. The procedure was easier than I expected, and in a few weeks I will be able to have him pierce my ear again.
