Dr. Schlechter is compassionate and patient. Everyone in the office is wonderful especially Ivy and Olga. I had a bi lateral mastopexy with 550 cc silicone implants. Everyone who helped me was patient especially with the million questions I had. Thank you Dr. Schlechter for treating me with such care and giving me great results!!
I came in on a Sunday because Dr Schlechter is so dedicated that he works weekends seeing patients. It is great for working women like me! I had a breast Augmentation by him a month ago and I am thrilled with my results. The recovery was not bad either I was back to my desk job in 4 days. I have friends who went elsewhere who seemed to describe a much more difficult recovery than what I experienced. I could not be happier with my choice of going to Dr Schlechter. Had the laser treatment for excessive sweating...Lifechanging! Wish I had known about it sooner. The procedure was easy, recovery no problem and doctor Schlechter was awesome.

I relied heavily on reviews before booking a consultation with Dr Schlechter for liposuction, so I think it's important to now write my own review about the experience. The consultation went well, but I do not have that much fat so I was concerned about whether or not to book the surgery. Dr. Schlechter assured me that he would get as much fat out as possible, and that I would see a noticeable difference. He did remove a lot more fat than even he expected and my liposuction on my tummy looks amazing. I could not be happier. ... read more

I had my earlobes repaired by Dr Schlechter. He was very accomodating as my schedule is difficult, he stayed late to accommodate me. Today I got my ears repierced, and they look great. I am so glad that I went to North Shore Aesthetics. Great staff and beautiful office.
