I came in for laser hair removal. I have had a few areas done, and been pleased with the results for the most part. I had a little growth so they did a free extra treatment this visit which shows they actually care about customer service. I also like that they have this chiller I could hold on the area as it was being layered so it was numb. I have been other places and they did not do that. Highly recommend North Shore and their new Aesthetician Juana.
