The Dr's are decent enough. The staff is generally ok. The problem is the so called Patient Care Management. Im supposed to have a spinal surgery and cant get help from Samantha to arrange transportation, food help, anything. Im disabled living alone without plumbing/water or food. I can't drive due to spine.I've reached out several times with nothing. Im going to go to Billings Clinic for my spinal. They will call you and set up the much needed care you need. Im done with Intermountain disorganized poor patient care.
The care here is the best I've ever had, every one is the best
