I've never had a poor experience at North River Surgical....They have always made me feel really comfortable, explaining the procedure in detail, and making themselves available to serve the patients needs with a great attitude! It also helps that I have the BEST Doctor in the world, Dr. Sundar!
I called the day before to confirm the appointment and they asked me to come an hour earlier. Arrived at 10am and waited in a 68 degree lobby. We went outside 3 times to try and warm up and told a nurse it was too cold. She said it's even colder in the back but we'll give you a warm blanket. After waiting 2 hours I went to the front desk and asked them had they overlooked us. They scrambled and flipped through papers and then said they were waiting on a room. A great surgical facility with wonderful employees. Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to the nurses, the anesthetist and other attendants were very nice, helpful and professional. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. There were no unexpected delays and during the entire morning everything happened on a timely basis. Thanks you NRSC for everything.
