They could care less about your time! My appt. was at 10:45 and still sitting in the parking lot and have called every hour and they said it shouldn’t be long now. This is BS! Will not be back!
For my husbands last two colonoscopies, we were told to arrive 1 hour before appointment time. The first time it was three after his appointment time before he was called for procedure. This past Friday, again we were told to arrive one hour before appointment time. It was two hours after his appointment time before he was called in. Only this time, after all the prep, no bathroom and instead of waiting in waiting room, we had to wait in car. RecommendedEvery staff member I encountered was very knowledgeable and friendly and my wait time was minimal.
I had an 11 am appt scheduled but it was changed to 9 when NRSC called to confirm. It’s now well after 10 and I’m still waiting. I was told the my doctor “ usually” runs ahead of schedule that’s why they told me to be here at 9. I haven’t eaten in over 16 hours. I will not be back here again if it means I have to change doctors then so be it.

My dad had an appointment at 11:30 this morning; it is now 1:40; and we are still sitting here in a "holding area". He wasn't called back until an hour after his appointment and all they have done is put him in a bed and started an I.V. I took half a day off from work for this; I could have worked my full shift and he still would be stuck here!!
I had a procedure done today. Everyone that works at the North River Surgical Center is kind. Everyone makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. Everybody have a good week. Janet Morris
