I rented a house for over a year and had a great experience. Thomas was responsive, fair, and easy to communicate with, and the house was well maintained and comfortable throughout my stay. I would happily rent from him again and highly recommend both the landlord and the property.

I rented from Thomas for just under 2 years and it was great! In a sea of corporate property management groups/landlords, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He was very reasonable and responsive and his handyman Joseph was always communicative, timely, kind and professional. I can't say enough how nice it is to be able to call him and/or Joseph directly whenever I needed anything instead of submitting work requests through a portal and wait for approvals and all of that. We rented Thomas’s home for over a year, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The house was cozy, well taken care of, and truly felt like home. Thomas was an amazing landlord, always kind, responsive, and easy to talk to. Anytime we had a question or needed something, he was there to help without hesitation.
