Dr Barnes and the North River Animal Hospital staff are amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and thoughtful. Dr.Barnes is wonderful, and takes the time to listen to my concerns without minimizing them. I never feel rushed in their office, and I can tell everyone sincerely cares for the animals in the office. We are so glad we chose North River Animal Hospital for our sweet puppy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
This is our Stella recovering from 15 bladder stones and surgery, last week. They took great care of our little one! Thank you so very much.
The entire staff at NRAH is Amazing!! Dr. Darling went Above & Beyond for Nova. BTW she went back home (up north) & is back to her rambunctious self!!! Doggy kisses to you all 🐕💕
they care and do what they can...sometimes finanaces are a problem but they give plenty of options...love my NRAH family
They are very good and patient with the animals and treat them like they would your own.
Dr. Barnes is a great veterinarian and in the past 7 years she has been excellent. However, the business itself is run poorly as I could not speak with the owner regarding a matter (instead it was handled by a manager who was part of the issue). As a loyal customer, it was disrespectful and unprofessional that communications between the customer and the owner of the actual business were closed.
