My dog had surgery to remove mast cell. No one explained to watch, if it grew back within 2 weeks an additional surgery would be needed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 4 months later and my dog is being put to sleep. They also won’t do any treatment without all the cash up front. However, they had no problem taking my payment for 800$ for the failed removal. Now we are paying to euthanize the dog. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Jaxx, aka, “Little Boo”. He broke his choppers chewing on his toys and was super miserable. After being put under anesthesia and having teeth removed, he is doing great after being under your care. I can’t thank you enough.
I brought my cat (Lucky) to North River Animal because his regular vet was not available to see him until the end of the month. He had an ear infection; a mass on his neck was also discovered. He was not himself but he was not near death. This office recommended a rabies shot and also recommended an extra-strong antibiotic, which I learned later is typically not used on cats. Excellent service and staff. They always take wonderful care of my cats. Did a curbside appointment for my cat that needed his yearly shots and was having some cold symptoms. Staff was amazing! Made it easy for a no contact appointment. My cat was taken care of and we were all kept safe! Great job guys! Always impressed!

I just wanted to come on here and let the staff of North River Animal Hospital know you guys have been doing a crazy awesome job during this time of insanity. I dropped my baby off for xrays the other day and your staff handled her so well. Came out to my truck to take her back and when I picked her up never made my bf and I feel rushed..i saw several other pets being dropped off and you guys where doing great. Keep safe 😊
