I always choose the 7:10am appointment because of my work schedule. Whether or not I'm on time, which is rare, they always get me right in and quickly on my way. This past visit I actually made it there almost on time and was on my way to work by 7:45, and was at work early! Additionally the staff is very friendly. I've recommended Village Dental to friends before, and will continue to do so.
I appreciate the careful attention and the wonderful patience the staff and Dr. Martin provided to me over my four-hour visit. I was grateful for the explanations the staff gave for every step of my procedures. Everyone at the office is so friendly that it was, relatively speaking, a pleasant experience!

I was very impressed with the demeanor of the front office. They were very knowledgeable or found out answers they didn't know. The staff worked well together to handle my appointment. They suggested treatment, but didn't force the issue. They let me determine what I wanted to do in my time frame. They were all very considerate and like a family caring for my dental health & problems.
Ive never been happier with a dentist office an their staff, I always feel welcome and I think you do a great job taking care of all my dental needs. I like the service, the friendly staff, the magazines while i wait and the call to check on me if i had dental work. I always tell friends they should go to you. The only problem I have is if I miss the reminder call, the message says I must call back the office or may lose my appt. Second visit to this office was again pleasant.
Everyone that I dealt with during my visit was wonderful! It had been a while since I had stepped foot in a dentist office. I reluctantly made my appointment not only being scared but, also embarrassed that someone was going to be looking closely at my teeth. Everyone in the office was very friendly and understanding, not making me feel uncomfortable in any way. I really appreciate not only your level of customer service but, how much prettier my smile is!! Thank you so much for everything!
