I did get a call from the office the day before the appointment to review what was going to happen ~ time to allow, etc but wasn't able to call back. I neglected to check time allowance when making the original appointment. I went in thinking it would be a 2 hour appointmenet for a crown, but as was explained with last cleaning that this particular tooth may require a root canal upon getting in and seeing the condition of the tooth. That is what happened ~ Tammy and Dr Martin were gracious with keeping me comfortable.
Very efficient work place, caring competent staff, Maja Martin DDS was very detailed in her work and explanations.
The women in this office continue to amaze me with their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and compassion. Getting my crown made me feel like a queen! (well, almost...)
As usual, a wonderful trip to the dentist, and I know that not a lot of people can say that, but it is true. Great staff, Great doctor, and a good experience as always.
I had a tooth ache and went to see what was wrong. Tristen explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. Dr.Martin identified an infection under my tooth and was quick to take care of the problem. I had some issues following the procedure and the staff provided care and follow-up. My only concern was the after hours contact. I would recommend this office to my friends and will continue to use this practice for all my dental needs. Thank you.
I've never been fond of going to the dentist. I had purchased a living social deal about a year ago to come here and due to going to school at ECU, it was hard to make an appt and find the time to go. My deal had expired and I called to make and appt and they still honored the deal, even tho it was expired! I couldn't believe it!
